What I mean is NO CHRISTMAS BABY WAS BORN!! Yippee!!
Feeling like a waddling Oompa-Loompa, I was worried about going into labor on Christmas --the further from Christmas, the better is our thought (cesarean scheduled for 1/12)... SOOO, point is... phewww!... Christmas will be just that -no (future) birthdays on the same day.
:-)
Ohh, and the "falling off of the face of the earth"... that is what happens with me when a newborn arrives. Took me about 5-6 months to crawl back over earth's edge with our daughter.
Hope y'all had a good Christmas!

Well, I'm glad you didn't fall off... because I would surely miss you!
But I know what you're saying about Christmas birthdays. My ex FIL was born on Christmas eve and My ex was born the day after Christmas... and they're still bitchin' about it! It would be especially hard when you're a kid, I guess.
The 12th of January isn't all that far off, so you just hang in there girl! And I'm seriously hoping that you don't get knocked on your bum this time!!!
Don't sneeze and you just might make it! Missed seeing all of you, but mending slowly. All I will need will be a hug and "Grandma, I love you!" and everything will be fine! Sending my own hugs and love to each of you.
The closest I came...was a Christmas Eve Baby.
Prop your feet up, get plenty of rest, and make sure that you post photo's just as soon as the newest Little Someone makes an appearance!
Sending prayers for a safe delivery and a healthy happy mom and baby!
Counting... counting... counting...
*grins*
And I second Libby's statement. I wanna see pics!
So glad you made it through Christmas and can have a truly separate birthday party time. Anytime is great but this is terrific!
